Question 1

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

For weddings and large events, 6–12 months is ideal — especially peak summer weekends. Smaller parties and birthdays can often be booked with a few weeks' notice.

Question 2

Do you deliver across Western New York?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We service Buffalo, Rochester, Niagara Falls, Batavia, the Finger Lakes region, and everywhere in between. See our service area map for coverage.

Question 3

How much space do luxury trailers need?

Accepted Answer

Most trailers need a level 25' x 12' pad, access to a standard 20-amp outlet within 100 feet, and enough clearance for our delivery truck. We'll walk your site for free before booking.

Question 4

Do you handle setup and pickup?

Accepted Answer

Always. Delivery, leveling, setup, sanitization between uses, and pickup are included in every rental.

Question 5

Can I get an attendant for my event?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Attendant service is available for weddings and high-profile events — they handle restocking, tidying, and gently guiding guests.

Question 6

Do you only do weddings?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. We love engagement parties, birthdays, family reunions, anniversaries, graduation parties, and any other reason people gather in WNY.

Question 7

What types of events do you recommend trailers for?

Accepted Answer

Any outdoor or tented event where you want guests comfortable and impressed. Weddings, backyard parties, vineyard receptions, farm venues, and estate events are all perfect fits.

Everything you probably want to ask.
